I created this program as I myself went through the adventure of self-discovery and felt overwhelmed by the amount of information. I decided to gather in one place all the tools which truly helped me and I'm so happy to share it with you!
The main goal of Ayurveda is to alleviate the body's pain, the physical symptoms, in order to make space for spiritual growth and other mind-focused practices. That's why in the first module, we will focus on your body with the precious help of Ayurveda.
After learning about how to take care of your body, we will have space to go up in your mind and work on calming your thoughts while continuing the journey of self-discovery on another level.
Once both the body and mind are balanced, we will touch your soul with deeper practices. Personal development and astrology are powerful tools which will teach you even more about your inner-self and how to live your life consciously.
