Alsin Asok was born and raised in Varkala, Kerala.
Like most people there, he learnt traditional Kerala cooking by watching his parents make every food from scratch from a very young age.
When growing up, his love for food also developed and he graduated with a diploma in Professional Cookery.
Today, alongside managing his guesthouse in Kerala, he also cooks in his café and shares his passion for Keralan food whenever given the opportunity.

The workshop lasts about 2h and you will learn to make one starter, 3 main dishes, one dessert.
Groups of max. 6 people per class (minimum 3), with the supervision of an experienced Kerala chef.
Cook, share, learn and enjoy the food you freshly made!
Recipes will be provided to you so you can make it again at home.
Taking place in summer time in Savoie (73).
Possibility to do it at your home or in Chambéry area, France.
